Whatever the problem needs. We start with n8n and LLM-first flows when they add speed, and drop to custom code (Node/TypeScript, APIs) when we need control, scale or complex logic. We use models where unstructured information has to be interpreted, and explicit rules where the decision has to be deterministic and auditable.

We mostly work with n8n for its flexibility, self-hosting and cost at scale. We integrate Make or Zapier if they're already in your stack. We choose by architecture, not by trend.

It depends on the architecture and on the data the workflow handles. We design each automation with least-privilege access, controlled state and an explicit policy on which information may be sent to external services. When the case requires it, we can use private models or self-hosted components so that specific data stays inside the environment you control.

A first value-generating workflow is usually in production in weeks, not months. We work in phases: ship something working early and expand from there.
