About IA Operators

IA Operators started in 2023 as the vehicle for work that fit neither classic consulting nor development by the hour: walking into a company that already works, understanding which systems it actually carries, and building the missing layer so it stops depending on people moving data from one place to another.

We don't resell licences or broker third-party software. We build on auditable tools the client can eventually operate alone: n8n, Supabase, the WhatsApp Cloud API, API-first integrations and language models orchestrated as agents rather than decorative chatbots.

The business is registered in Spain as a sole trader, with no intermediate company. That isn't an administrative footnote: whoever signs the proposal is whoever writes the code, and there is no commercial layer mistranslating the brief between diagnosis and delivery.

Almost no project starts with “we want AI”. It starts with a concrete, measurable bottleneck: a WhatsApp channel that overflows, a team spending hours copying data between two tools that don't talk, an ERP that ignores the website, a process only one person knows how to run — and that stops when that person goes on holiday.

That's the entry point, and the order of work never changes: measure the process before automating it, decide what gets automated and what is better left to a human, and leave it running in production with persistent state, retries, traceability and someone watching that it still works next month.

We work with businesses that already have operations, customers and data — not with ideas still being validated. The range runs from the local company whose contact volume no longer fits on a phone, to the mid-size firm with several legacy systems and nobody holding the full map.

There is no sector restriction: we have worked across hospitality, tourism, health and aesthetics, professional services, retail and software. What does decide the fit is something else — a repeatable process currently consuming people's time, and someone inside with the authority to change it.
