Digital X-Ray: the full inventory of your technology ecosystem.

Before optimizing, automating, or transforming, you need to know exactly what you have. Most companies don't.

Apps registered that no one uses, integrations someone keeps alive by hand, licenses that auto-renew, processes that depend on a single person who could leave tomorrow. The Digital X-Ray puts a name, cost, risk, and owner on every element of your technology stack.

Does any of this sound familiar?

If you said yes to any of them, you have an operational architecture problem. Not a technology problem.

  • Licenses no one knows are still being used, but keep getting paid every month

  • Cross-system integrations that break weekly and someone patches by hand

  • Critical processes that depend on a single person — and nobody documented how

  • You want to roll out AI, but don't know what foundation to build it on without breaking things

  • Your IT department and your business team describe the same system in different ways

What you get

Actionable documentation, not slide decks.

01

Master inventory

Full list of applications, SaaS, automations, and Shadow IT — with owner, criticality, and real usage.

02

License matrix

Real per-user costs, renewal dates, redundancies, and immediate savings opportunities.

03

Integration map

Dependency diagram between systems, critical data flows, and manual points of failure.

04

Risk analysis

Criticality per system, key-person dependencies, security and compliance exposures.

05

Executive report

Recommendations prioritized by impact vs. effort — ready to drive decisions this week.

Methodology

How we run it

The same process we apply in hotel chains, clinics, and professional services firms.

  1. Phase 0

    Kick-off

We align scope, stakeholders by area, and accesses. We set up the steering committee and the check-in cadence.

  2. Phase 1

    Inventory

Structured interviews with each area lead. We cross-check what's declared against what's real (logs, billing, access records).

  3. Phase 2

    Licenses and costs

We collect contracts, SaaS billing, and real usage per user. We surface redundancies and orphan licenses.

  4. Phase 3

    Integrations

We map how data flows between systems, what's done manually, and which undocumented automations exist.

  5. Phase 4

    Risk analysis

We score operational criticality, key-person dependencies, security risks, and technical debt.

  6. Phase 5

    Recommendations

Executive session with conclusions, priorities, and an evolution plan. You decide what to solve first — with data.

Who is the Digital X-Ray for?

Companies with more than 15 active applications that have grown without a planned technology architecture.

  • Clinics and medical centers with HIS, scheduling, billing, and compliance

  • Legal, accounting, and consulting firms running on manual processes

  • Omnichannel retail with decoupled ERP, e-commerce, marketplaces, and logistics

  • Companies of 50–500 people preparing an AI rollout, digital transformation, or M&A

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to prepare anything before we start? +

Just access to information that already exists (SaaS contracts, billing, vendor list). The rest we do through interviews. No new documentation required from your side.

Do you work under NDA? +

Yes, by default. We sign an NDA before the first discovery session.

Will you touch the systems during the audit? +

No. Read-only. We map what exists without modifying anything.

Are we forced to contract implementation after the X-Ray? +

No. The X-Ray is a fixed-scope project. If you decide to execute with us, we present a Technology Roadmap or an Implementation project. If you'd rather execute internally or with another partner, the deliverables are yours.

What if we have more than 30 systems or 8 areas? +

We extend scope with a fixed additional budget per block. We define this in the initial proposal.

Do you have prior cases? +

Yes. We've worked with hotel chains, clinics, and professional services firms. We share anonymized cases under NDA on the proposal call.

Want to actually know what your company has?

30-minute call to understand your context. If there's a fit, we send a fixed-scope proposal within 48h.
